After my previous cat water fountain (a different brand) started malfunctioning, I decided it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, the filters for this fountain are readily available in packs of 4, 8, and 12 (if I remember correctly), and they’re priced in a way that won’t break the bank. The semi-transparent design, color, and the added light are nice touches as well.
Having used the fountain for a while now, I’m ready to share my thoughts. To be honest, the fountain was smaller than I anticipated, yet it still holds a sufficient amount of water. It’s remarkably quiet—I only notice it late at night, and even then, it’s barely audible. My cat adapted to it much quicker than to our old one, which didn’t feature the flower attachment. She took to it immediately, which is a big win in my book!
In short: This is a fantastic fountain at an even better price. The replacement filters are not only affordable but also easy to find—a significant plus.
I purchased this water fountain for my two kittens, as I was scheduled to be away for two weeks and wanted to minimize the workload for the cat sitters, especially in terms of frequent water changes. With its 2L capacity and frequent filtration, it does an excellent job of keeping the water fresh.
My cats are absolutely enamored with this fountain. It has not only captured their curiosity but has also encouraged them to drink more water, ensuring they stay well-hydrated.
While the fountain isn’t completely silent, it emits a soothing sound reminiscent of gentle rain, acting almost like white noise that’s quite relaxing, especially at night. I’m particularly fond of the LED feature, which is subtly bright enough to monitor the water level easily and doubles as a cozy night light.
The fountain is straightforward to clean and put together, which is a huge plus.
Do note that if you have two or more cats, you’ll need to purchase additional filters and replace them weekly. For fewer cats, a bi-weekly change suffices.
